Beautiful brand-new community in an amazing location in NoDa. Sprouts nearby is super handy, and having Amélie’s Bakery so close is a big plus. Meagan, Dominikue, Savanna, and the rest of the team were friendly, professional, and created such a welcoming experience. Highly recommend!

This apartment complex is beautiful! So welcoming and cozy. Meagan was so kind and helpful during my tour. She’s truly a joy to be around! This apartment is in a great area, super close to the entertainment of NoDa but a little distance that brings you peace and quiet. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Luxury Living in the Heart of the Action. We absolutely love it here! Savannah and Megan at One NoDa Park truly nailed the move-in process—they made everything seamless and stress-free from start to finish. The building is impeccably maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The best part? The "downstairs neighbors." Having Sprouts, Amélie’s French Bakery, Bank of America, and Atrium Health literally at your doorstep is peak convenience. Plus, being right next to the light rail means Uptown and Optimist Hall are just minutes away. Best decision we made!

The location being a short walk from NoDa is very convenient, and having a grocery store in the building is really nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall it's a well run complex I don't regret moving into.

Recently toured One NoDa Park and ultimately decided on living there. The property itself is tremendous with great amenities to offer. Additionally, Meagan was outstanding in showing me around and helping with any questions I had throughout the process!

The move in process was pretty seamless! And the leasing agents in the front office are all so great- they were so helpful in finding the right space while I was looking! I'd definitely recommend checking this out as a place to live.
